Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with Green Seasons. Can't find your answer? Give Tim a call.

Get in Touch
Do you work with both residential and commercial clients?
Yes. We maintain everything from private family gardens and large country estates to commercial business parks, housing developments, schools, and public community spaces. Whether you're a homeowner, a managing agent, or a facilities manager, we deliver the same standard of care across every site.
What areas of Oxfordshire do you cover?
We're based in Kingston Bagpuize and work throughout south Oxfordshire and the surrounding villages. If you're unsure whether you're in our area, get in touch and we'll let you know.
Can I get an instant quote online?
No, and that's deliberate. Every garden and site is different, and we believe a proper quote starts with seeing the space in person. Tim personally visits every potential client before quoting, so you get accurate pricing and a real understanding of what's involved. No hidden costs, no surprises.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is tailored to each individual job rather than a fixed price list. After an initial chat and site visit, you'll receive a clear, fair quotation that covers everything we've agreed. We're not the cheapest option, we're the option that does the work properly, the first time.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or one-off jobs?
Both. Most of our work is regular scheduled maintenance, weekly, fortnightly, or seasonal visits depending on the site. We also take on one-off projects like site clearances, lawn renovations, or initial "reset" visits to bring a neglected space back up to standard.
What makes Green Seasons different from other gardeners?
Tim is a second-generation gardener with a horticultural background, so the work is rooted in real plant knowledge, not just mowing and tidying. We use professional-grade electric equipment (quieter for you, better for the environment), communicate clearly throughout, and take ownership of the work we deliver.
Will I have one point of contact, or a rotating team?
You'll deal directly with Tim. We're owner-led, which means the person quoting your job is the person making sure it's delivered to standard, not a salesperson handing it off to a crew you've never met.
Do you use chemicals and herbicides?
Where appropriate, yes. We're fully certified for professional herbicide applications on lawns and hard surfaces. We only use them when they're the right tool for the job, applied carefully with proper equipment by qualified operators.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the time of year and current workload. We're often busy, especially through the main growing season, so the sooner you get in touch the better. Once we've done a site visit and agreed scope, we'll give you a realistic start date.
How do I get in touch?
The best way is to give us a call or send a message through the contact form. Tim will personally get back to you to arrange a free, no-obligation site visit at a time that works for you.
